Touchpad Possessed...Tapping itself at random locations

Only time I've seen this, a single drop of some beverage (don't remember which it was) had landed in the middle of
the screen (nowhere near edges) so I simply wiped it off, and made sure it was dry. No residue visible on the
screen but it just kinda flipped out for the next several minutes, registering random touches here and there. Finally
I had to clean the whole screen off with monitor cleaning fluid and a microfiber cloth, and then it was back to normal.

I had this problem too and my TP was repaired by HP after 2 times of warranty
