in the Canuck Coding forum, grab the app called Universal Novacom Installer and download it to your PC. Life is easier that way.

USB Mode doesn't need the novacom driver, but if you're entering the homebrew world, WOSQI will install the driver for you easily enough http://forums.precentral.net/canuck-...-v4-3-1-a.html

If you get confused at using WOSQI (as I assume you'll use it at some point for homebrew anyway) I recommend the WOSQI Homebrew Guide.

Alternatively, you can also manually download and install the driver from Open Source Packages - opensource.palm.com - Palm
