I used govnah to overclock my touchpad to 1.5ghz, however when I check the CPU status it says only one CPU is running at 1.5ghz, while the other is at zero. Is it being used only on demand?

Can all apps take advantage of the 2nd CPU? For example, does the
default brower use it when opening graphics/video/Flash intensive

It seems unlikely as all the webapps run in a single thread in a single process however I believe asynchronous requests all run in a secondary thread, so there is at least some degree of usefulness there. *Then again linux may be capable of utilizi g a second core I *this situation too.
