    1) ComicShelf HD (50% of my Touchpad time is spend here. This app is excellent. It alone is a reason to own one.)
    2) Paper Mache
    3) KalemSoft Media Player
    4) NomNomNom (my current favorite Google Reader client)

That's really the meat of what I use. If I had to pick another it'd either be the browser or Kindle app. I use each a little bit.

you can change the quick launch shortcuts. Press-hold. Drag off what you don't want. Press-hold icons in launcher n drag what you want onto quicklaunch.

Here's what I've recently moved to my front page (it sort of infuriates me that I have to have the Web, Photos, Email, Calendar, and Messaging app on the pages, as well as on the quick launch, and that the quick launch can't be changed) ...

    GVoice
    Spaz
    AccuWeather
    Foursquare
    wIRC
    webOS News
    WordPress
    Evernote

(yeah sorry i went over 5, but these are what I use -all the time- pretty much)
you can change your quick launch, I currently have glimpse and advanced browser down there. Just pull the app you want to remove off, then add whatever
I love physical keyboards... but there is two devices that would make me consider a slab, one is something running a full version of Open webOS. The other is an iPhone!!!! HA HA just kidding (about the iPhone that is)...

I see Kindle is on your list and I see your location is Greece - how did you get Kindle onto your TP, I thought it was geographically restricted (so far) to US TP owners?
