    how do i get it so it can boot into ubuntu like a normal computer
    instead of having to open xecutah, start everything, type in for lauching lxde-

    is there a command that all that can open up automatically?
    also what about rotation and keyboards for ubuntu?

    i don't think that there is a way yet. also, check out this forum http://forums.precentral.net/webos-d...on-ubuntu.html .
    There is a script that will help you get it to boot to the destop once you run xecutah....ubuntu chroot.

    I'm personally wondering if there is a chance to get the netbook edition of ubuntu working on the touchpad. I think that it is a more touch friendly interface....but i digress.

    the netbook edition is no longer available and is now known as the Unity editions, 3d and 2d, the 2d edition can be run on the touchpad.
