download files from web

this is my first time to open a thread. Really appreciate all the help I get from this site.

however, I couldn't find the answer to this.

my touchpad used to be able to download files from the web, however, it does not download any files from the web anymore.

downloading starts but does not continue on. It makes file with 238kb size and does not open.

it used to work well but I don't know when did it start to do it. Would one of patch I've installed from prepare done it? Or kneel problem?

I'm running warthogs kneel and installed almost every patches on preware.
