    So, All I want to do is use my same webos account, and just have it restore like the first time I got my touchpad, and not install ANY apps that I may have installed. Here is what I have tried, and it still reinstalls some apps.
    1. Disable backup, and do a full restore (not the long one, but the one that still gets rid of everything on the flash drive part, and the device.)
    2. Went into my Webos account, and deleted the device there.
    3. Used webos doctor, and then entered in my email 0.0

    And every time I enter my login info, it still installs the apps. Any ideas guys? Thanks for the help - CptSamir

    you need to register another account

    you can delete all of your apps, then back up, then do your restore.

    After you restore what about the apps that you pay for, can these be installed without having to pay again.

    yep...as long as you log into the same account
