issues running JNLP files - pls advise

Hi all
Im tryig to run a bespoke company program that runs as a jnlp file on the touchpad. I get the usual "cannot open MIME type". Is there a way around this? I am running the latest version of WebOS.

Touchpad has no Java and therefore Java Web Start and the Java Network Launching Protocol (JNLP) is not supported.
