    So I'm going to be sending my 2 week-old touchpad for repair when the box comes from HP due to the glass of the touchscreen lifting in various areas. Has anyone had experience with how well HP handles these kinds of repairs (do they do a good job?) or do they usually send out refurbished units instead of repairing the broken one?

    Also, would doctoring be the best way to clear all of my data and get back to factory settings before I send it in?
