Touchpad left my house Thursday of last week for a replacement and the new one is already on it's way next day air UPS. Considering this was a holiday weekend that's pretty darn fast. So for anyone who is contemplating whether or not to send in for replacements/repairs I probably would even for small problems like one pixel out.

I put my touchpad down one night when it was working perfectly fine and when I picked it up it wouldn't turn on. I did webOS doctor and it got stuck at 12% like a few other people and then I sent it in.

Glad it isn't going to take long. They are sending me a box to send in to them for mine. How long did it take for the box to get to you?
Sometime you are the ball; sometimes you are the pins.

I called in the morning and got the box 2 days later they ship it next day air for free. And the only reason it took 2 days was because I called on saturday morning.
