    I'm having trouble adding a payment card to my account through the app catalogue, it is telling me:

    "Cannot process your payment. Please contact your financial institution. LOC02029."
    *
    Rang my bank and they told me there is a problem with the security code, so I tried again making sure the code is correct but I get the same message. Also tried with a different Visa card and I get the same problem.

    Has anybody else had this problem? There's a few apps I want to buy, but I cant !

    need a new reply to this problem...i'm not in the uk and my last card that i used with the app store was a debit card.
    has there been any progress on this issue since 2011?
