I keep having to reset my touchpad every 20 minutes of use. It goes and does the hang up on the HP logo. Is there a memory leak or something going on? Do I need to doctor?

That certainly isn't normal. You might try doing a full erase first to see if that works. If not, a visit to the "Doctor" might be in order. If it continues after that then a call to HP seems in order.

It sounds like it. That isn't normal behaviour. Search how to put in recovery mode and use the doctor via command line. Instructions are in there as well.

keep updating here, people will help you out if you get stuck. Reason for cmd line is you can get error log reports if it isn't working properly.

Doing the full erase first to see how that goes. In process right now.

Looks like the full erase did the trick. Only problem was the Kindle app would get hung up on login screen. Deleted the app and rebooted. Then downloaded from app catalog. Runs fine so far.
