Can you use Google Voice on the Tp or any other kind of VOIP service?

there is a google voice app in the webos quick installer, but dated 2010 so I didn't install it

I don't think google voice allows for VIOP in any shape or form. It sends your calls through your cell lines to their servers. You can use skype or voxophone (sp?) I think to call normal phones, but neither are free.

I believe you meant to say that there is nothing available for webOS at this time which is fully VoIP point-to-point.
In any event, there was an alpha of a voip app for phones floating around but it never got off the ground.
