Cannot connect to exchange server

Trying to set up an Exchange Server account on my new TouchPad, and get the error "Cannot connect to the exchange server The server's security certificate is not a trusted certificate."

I am attempting to connect to my employers server, and I have no access to change certificates, etc. I am using the same settings as on my iPhone.

Any help?

Is your server https:// or http:// ? Whichever it is right now, try the alternative.
