I'm trying to get Quick Install 4.2.3 to recognise my Touchpad, but when I try to install the novacom drivers it says it 'failed and to try again'

I've tried deleting everything that says novacom and quickinstall and doing it all again but nothing works, and because of this QI won't recognise the touchpad

    Any ideas?

EDIT: I'm using a Mac by the way if that makes any difference at all

Does the Mac have Lion? If so or not, you will need to download it manually and install it.

Install was failing. Thanks to you and the search button, I'm one step closer to preware on my TP!
