    The hold on my funds has been removed, Amazon still showing "Shipping Soon"... so we will see
    I love physical keyboards... but there is two devices that would make me consider a slab, one is something running a full version of Open webOS. The other is an iPhone!!!! HA HA just kidding (about the iPhone that is)...

    According to Amazon: If you have emailed onSale and have received no response within a 3 day period, you can then call Amazon and ask for a refund and they will in return refund any charges and go after the seller.

    No they cannot fast track the refund to my account until it updates on amazon's site as cancelled.

    I'll be giving them a call if I do not receive my touchpad by the 30th... Can't get through to onsale so just have to hold out and hope I get mine. Already emailed them Monday and yesterday and no response.

    yes I called them to get the status directly. and they gave me the shipping information over the phone.

    Thanks for the info. I ordered a few hours before you so I am hopeful. (My Amazon says the same as your's.)

    My mother probably ordered a bit after you, and I talked her into getting some accessories from Office Depot yesterday, so hope she gets in there to avoid all future guilt.

    Has anyone that ordered as late as 6pm EST gotten a shipping confirmation? I've been searching frantically all over trying to find someone that would let me rest easy that my order will be fulfilled.

    I was confident that I would get my order filled by OnSale, so I didn't order from anywhere else, and gave up on HP's broken site. I'm gonna be ****ed if they don't come through.

    I wish I'd gone to BB on Friday at 8:40pm when I heard about the firesale. When I went the next morning, there was a lineup 30 deep before the store even opened, and they only had 10 units on hand. That's when I knew I might be in trouble.

    Nothing but busy tone. Using my work phone says reorder tone (guess that means busy signal). Are they actually busy or just have the phone off the hook?
    Ordered 2:35 pst and this is my first time trying to contact them

    Pure speculation here, but I'd guess that they're holding off on cancelling as long as possible under the hopes that they'll somehow be able to get more inventory out of HP.
