    I did the live chat and they said to do erase apps and data. Didn't fix the problem. No matter what credit card I use it says unexpected error. Anyone know the solution to this problem before it goes back?

    where are I located? And did you call the credit card company? Sometimes they will block that sort of transaction until you call and tell them it is really you...
