    Hey,

I've posted a blog post with step-by-step instructions on how to get Windows Live Messenger/MSN working on the Touchpad using Jabber Transport services (linking GTalk to MSN).

The same method also works on webOS phones, although you have the Messaging Plugins 2.0 for that.

Check it out and let me know if you have any questions:

note: I posted the same thing in the homebrew forum, and asked for a mod to move it.

I am actually testing the old palm pre app that gave all libpurple available messenger apps. I know some modification is needed, but am hoping its not a major overhaul.

You or someone else interested in Touchpad full messaging integration should dig up that old thread and test that as well.
