    My TP goes into sleep mode and then dose not wake. the home button keeps doing 2 quick blinks repeatedly and nothing happens when i press any of the buttons ( power , home or volume).
    It has done that 3 times already and the battery was fully charged. i have to reboot it to get it started again.

    Does this look like a hardware problem or a software issue?

    Not sure what the issue is. Have you called WebOS Butler Service? They're pretty sharp. I've used them three times.

    You can press and hold power and home button for about 15 seconds to do a reboot.

    what is WebOS Butler Service, how do you use it?

    I had the same problem this morning and the reboot (home AND power buttons) worked. Thank you.

    The hp Butler service is free for the first 90 days (after buying the Touchpad). The U.S. number is: 1-866-945-7256
