No, you have to download an .exe plugin, which obviously won't work on a TouchPad.

Facebook chat didn't work on my browser, there was the bar on the bottom of my page, but when I touched it nothing happened. But I'm assuming they'll push that out eventually, there is a space in contacts along with Skype/Aim/etc, for "Facebook."
