    This weekend, I helped my mom with an issue with her new touchpad (issue with the initial sync, so no data transferred from her Pre Plus).

    It was Sat., night, 10pm or later EST, when we called up. They answered almost immediately, then spent 20 minutes with her, came up with a solution, and even called back on another number. I think we even went beyond the official support hours.

    I'd also like to give kudos to their support. I've already used the amazingly simple and why-didn't-they-do-it-before chat feature (available within the Help app) twice and both times, the reps were very knowledgeable.
