Same issue for me. Trying to log on to my hospital using their recommended settings and I don't get anything. I just a strangely dimmed screen with two arrows buttons at the bottom. Guess this is beta.

I too am trying this out for my hospital system. I'm not even sure i am using the correct log in info, but my guess is that if it dosn't do ssl it won't work.

I would rather use the touchpad for my needs than an ipad as i already own webOS phones that connect to it rather conveniently, and all my programs, including alot of paid games, are automatically downloaded to the touchpad when I use my palm profile.

I'm hoping for an update in the next two weeks, otherwise I need to trade it in for an ipad.

anyone have any further insight on this issue and future upgrades to the receiver app?

I am in touch w richard kerris and one dev team member, they will be giving me updates on when citrix will be updated this week. I voiced out to them already our concerns about https farms not being supported. I am trying to getnit to work in my hospital's citrix too.

does your school's citrix use an http or https address?

Not sure what you are using:

    Click on link below:
    Citrix Product Documentation Library

Doesn't say much... but it'll at least give you an idea what is required.

The absence of support for two fator authentication is a big issue since most major corporations use some form of token based access. It is in the iPad and Android versions so why not this?

Tried it with my workplace connection, which also is https and no go. argh, waiting until October for a fix is unacceptable for something billed as enterprise ready.

If HP is truly serious about the Touchpad competing in the enterprise market, they should deliver a team of crack WebOS coders to Citrix to get this done pronto.

Kind of ironic that HP was once the leader in medical monitoring, but has fallen by the wayside in that sector (in fact, I think they sold the division). In my ten hospital regional healthcare system (over a thousand physicians, ancillary providers), the iPad is the ONLY tablet supported.

Nationwide, every major hospital network is rolling out Electronic Medical Records at a feverish pace (to qualify for Federal "Meaningful Use Subsidies"), and HP/WebOS is being left in the dust.

Citrix announced the Citrix Receiver on a million platforms --- including the Chromebook.

So, for clarification, you cannot access a hosted farm that uses https? Has anyone successfully used Citrix Receiver to access Raiser's Edge (the hosted version, of course)? I have tried putting in the hosted https address in the "Store Address" and it gives me a "Could not retrieve applications".

if you are referring to Epic, the electronic medical record software, I imagine your Citrix server farm at your hospital is using a https connection, which is not supported by the current Citrix client for webOS.
