    Does Memo's open if quick office is not already open?

    My TP goes into sleep mode and then dose not wake. the home button keeps doing 2 quick blinks repeatedly and nothing happens when i press any of the buttons ( power , home or volume).
    it has done that 3 times already and the battery was fully charged.

    Mine did this, but only after it was in USB mode. I thought I might have accidentally deleted a file or something, but it just happened again and I know I didn't touch any files. When I Ejected the drive, it rebooted the TP and came back with all my apps (except the built-ins) in the Download tab.

    My wallpaper also disappeared (I had changed it to a custom one), leaving a gray background. I had to Change Wallpaper in the Screen & Lock app (it was still there in the folder) to get it back.

    I tried printing an email to my HP Laserjet 2015dn that the Touchpad auto-discovered on my network, but the only thing that came out of the printer were completely black pages.

    I'll tack on my bug:

    * Mail client "ROOT FOLDER" support for IMAP accounts. I am unable to check my email from the TouchPad without specifying a my IMAP mail location on the server. This is a specific configuration of our *NIX mail servers. In terms of office-use, it's been a paperweight since the 4th.

    I've spoken to Palm's technical support about this. After they had me wipe my device, twice, they've determined it's an unsupported feature. After blasting them for 5 minutes, explaining my disbelief (comparing a functional IMAP account with a specific ROOT FOLDER on my Palm Pre running 1.4.5), they've kindly logged a ticket and forwarded it to their software engineers.

    Hope it's fixed soon -- as I'm trying to promote the TouchPad for my department.

    My TouchPad did the same yesterday and this morning, I only could get it to react again by pressing power and home for 15 seconds, i.e. rebooting.

    it did the same again today. I fully factory reset it now to see what happens.

    Here is a problem that I have within the messaging application. Whenever I'm using the IM app I cannot send messages to anyone on AIM or Yahoo. At the top right corner where you can change where the message is sent to it says google and wont change to anything else. I can reproduce this consistently within my messaging app.

    Did a full erase and reset, TouchPad still does not want to keep its ringtone setting. I change it to "scamper" and it always goes back to "pre" every time I restart it.

    I tried reloading my music collection (a little over 2100 files) using the HPPlay software and it had similar results to just manually copying the files. This included several folders not being included in the music app, not all the files in a folder being included, and in some cases, a song being listed two or more times. In the last case, only one of the entries is playable. From what I can remember, the files that were found my the music app this time weren't always the same ones found before.

    I've removed all the files from the device and let the app remove all the song listings from the database. I'll try it again later with a smaller subset of my collection to see if that makes a difference. EDIT: attempted to transfer about 400 files and about 280 of them were loaded into the music player. The player/indexer is also ignoring the track number ID3 tag in the file which worked fine in the stock 1.4.5 player.

    I'm having a problem with the media indexer. It's not showing at least 1 artist in my music and pictures aren't updating properly. If I take a screenshot it doesn't show and if I download a picture it doesn't show. Anybody have any idea how to fix? It has worked fine for small spirts.
