    thanks

looked very smooth to me. Other than one document that didn't zoom very well.

also I note they seem to have an Engadget app installed.

I'm yet to see the email app function acceptably smooth. And you're right, towards the end, you could see them trying to tap all sorts of buttons with either a very delayed response or no response at all.

Again, definitely not a fully baked example.

I saw Jira icons, those are crash collection tools, so probably a debug build.

Ahhh I am tired of seeing videos I want this thing already!!!

Dang. That thing flies across the UI.

Photo app was a little slow, maybe due to it loading from the cloud?

Also, Transformers... Think HP has the marketing down for it? The PlayBook has Thor and X-Men...

Nice vid. Pinch to zoom was slow cuz he just closed the email app.

It's clear from both of the new videos that the Video/Photo app is still a work in progress. The rest of the UI seems very fast, though that document viewer (was that a PDF or QuickOffice...something else) was slow to pinch and zoom. Everything else seemed smooth and very responsive, more so than the SanDisk video. The notification drop down came down immediately, and went away just as quick. The scrolling through the launcher pages makes me drool. Quite frankly, I think HP really just needs to polish up some course edges and this device will be fine.

In regards to the PDF, I've always experienced wonkiness on my Pre and Pre2 with PDF viewer especially if the PDF has been cached for while. I think that's more of an app issue. With Photos and Video, hard to say, it could be because of all the cloud pulling or app not fully baked yet.

Looks super nice. Hopefully, by the time the TouchPad releases they have the software improved across all of the core applications.
