    They did(n't <- my mistake ) say webOS, they said a web OS, so no problem.

    EDIT: They did say WebOS a couple of times, so my mistake and I agree - "Get the lawyers"!

    I doubt it. The trademark is "Palm webOS" or maybe now "HP webOS", not "webOS" in itself. So in theory any other combination may be a valid trademark as well.

    No way. Arguing a space or text capitalization wouldn't get killed in court is weak. I think I'll create a new brand of cars called fOrd because it's different than "Ford" so I can't be sued, LOL.

    If you go to the product site, it says it uses "litl OS", not WebOS or webOS.
