Added Camera Webos 3.0.4 Access?

How do I access the new camera on HP Touchpad Webos 3.0.4? The Ap is internal to the Touchpad so there is no Ap to click on.

I found the new link in Downloads instead of in Apps Tab. Uses a picture of a camera.
