Okay, so I updated Quick Office and Adobe Reader yesterday, since then, neither of those apps load and I can't even view documents.
The apps continually pulse in the load screen but the apps never actually load. I have opened support tickets with QuickOffice but they have not been helpful. I am willing to delete the apps and then reinstall, but I want to make sure I will be able to redownload them. Any help or advice would be appreciated as document viewing is essential for me for work. |
