Exclamation HELP! after QuickOffice/Adobe update, those apps don't load

Okay, so I updated Quick Office and Adobe Reader yesterday, since then, neither of those apps load and I can't even view documents.

The apps continually pulse in the load screen but the apps never actually load. I have opened support tickets with QuickOffice but they have not been helpful. I am willing to delete the apps and then reinstall, but I want to make sure I will be able to redownload them.

Any help or advice would be appreciated as document viewing is essential for me for work.

it would be safer to just doctor to 3.0.2 and install the updates again.

go here
Webos Doctor Versions - WebOS Internals
download the version of doctor for your device. you will need the current version of JAVA to run the dotor -- it should be a .jar file if it downloads as a .zip just change it to .jar and the double click it to run the program. it will instruct you when to plug in your TP -- make sure it is charged before you start if you can

lots more info here
