Calender App--Lag and sync issue

Do u guys face some lag in the calender when you shift the views from grid-row-day.....the dates and months overlap with a lag.....and sync issue with gmail.

The performance has been improved slightly in 3.0.2, so make sure you update your TouchPad. But I am still experiencing syncing issues. Its like it only displays the first 7 or 8 calendars for me (all google calendars) which sucks for me because over a dozen (which includes public calendars like weather, Orlando Magic schedule, US Holidays)!
