Paying for apps in US without credit card?

Hey all,
I recently got a 16gb Touchpad and I absolutely love it so far (I'm using it right now!).
My only question is if it's possible to pay for apps in the app catalog without a credit or debit card. I ask this because I have no access to either of those. So far, I haven't been able to find any prepaid App Catalog cards like iTunes has, but if anyone can point me in the right direction I will be very grateful.

I hear you can use prepaid visa giftcards, but I've never tried.
