    Wow, that's not very much information to go on. Does it do anything? Can you put it into bootie (recovery mode)? any signs of life?

    From that page:
    • Throw all open applications off the top of the screen
    • Turn your device completely off and on
    • Triple-toggle restart
    • Top off the battery
    • Take out the battery
    • Tether your device to your computer and reinstall webOS

    Try each method in the order it's presented to see if it solves your problem. When the problem is solved, Stop.

    It does nothing, it shows nothing.
    I've tried the above steps all but reinstalling WebOS. Which I don't know how to do. I have a Mac, does it work on that?

    Sounds like it has no power at all. Have you tryed with other battery and charger?
    Mine Pre3 has a little problem with the usb, it's loose and sometime the charger fails to charge the phone. Perhaps yours is totally loose and doesn't make contact thus can't charge battery and with no battery and no charger there is no phone.

    So you don't even know if it's only a dead screen or a dead phone?

    In this situation, I would:

    Try a known good battery
    Try connection to PC to see if it is recognized as either a USB or novaterm device
    Try replacing the screen with a known good screen

    Otherwise you have a parts phone. Get another one.
