    Hi, all,


    I have a rather specific question -I am trying to set up my Loyola University Chicago email account on my Pre 3. Our email is managed through Outlook and when I attempted to fill in the Microsoft Exchange information, the best result I got was I being informed that my username or password was incorrect...which simply wasn't true (before this I was only getting a timeout).

    I'm ITs here at Loyola and spent a fair amount of time troubleshooting this with our server team with little to no results, so I'm turning to you guys -any ideas?

    Email Address: [username]@luc.edu
    Incoming Mail Server : outlookmail.office365.com
    Domain: ADMS
    Username: adms\[username]
    Password: [password]

    Both report that my username or password is incorrect. It's important for me to mention that the Pre 3 wants to add "https://" to the front of the incoming mail server, but we don't usually add it for iPhone/Android/Windows setups. If you follow this think, you see on our website and the protocol for setting up those devices.

    or

    Just guessing, although I figure you might have already tried those combos.
