Isn't that the worst thing ever? Nothing, NOTHING comes close to the UI/UX experience of webOS. That isn't to say that it is perfect, but it was/is far and away the most intuitive and powerful mobile interface.

iOS is a joke for usability, Android is a confused mess where operating paradigms change from screen to screen and app to app, and Windows Phone 8 copies a few key webOS features and actually implements them pretty damned well.
I have an Android 4.2.2 device here to replace my dumbphone now that I finally have a data plan and... I hate this damned thing. It feels like rubbing salt in my eyes while putting hot sauce up my nose trying to wrap my head around Android and how it thinks things should behave.
I jumped ship because I got scared that the issues piling up with certificates/etc would leave me dead in the water, but now I'm thinking I'd rather deal with that than try another mobile OS currently.
If Windows Phone 8.1 shipped on a phone with a QWERTY keyboard, I know exactly where I'd be. My girlfriend currently has my Nokia Lumia 520 and she loves it. She also used my Pixi+ and Panda Veer for a short period of time, so she is familiar with webOS and really enjoyed it.
She hates how no other OS has anything like Just Type, but she enjoys how WP8.1 adopted webOS' service-centric approach with Messaging, People Hub, and Me apps. She also got a kick out of the Cortana "Remind me..." feature, and I showed her how webOS had blazed the trail on that years before.
