I'm curious. What does your My Verizon device info page show for those that have a VZW Pre 3?

When I had my HP Pre 3 on a line, it showed a grayed-out phone image in the spot where you typically see a picture of your device that is on that line.

    Other notable devices:
Windows laptops: Asus VivoBook X202E (Windows 8), HP Pavilion g4-1215dx (Windows 7)
    Chromebooks: Samsung Chromebook XE303

Oh ok. Makes sense. Why did you stop using it?

Mine shows a grayed phone-shaped area. Unfortunately, the Pre 3 was never officially released by Verizon so they never got around to putting it in their system. It doesn't matter because my Pre 3 has been running solidly since day 1. I haven't found a single reason to jettison it yet.

I switch smartphones frequently, and primarily bought the Pre 3 because I wanted the highest-end (and final) webOS smartphone for my collection.

The HP Pre 3 is a significant improvement over the Palm Pre 2 IMO. (Actually, the Pre 3 is what the Pre 2 should have been, much like the Pre 2 is what the original Pre should have been.)
