    ive setup the google account to sync my contacts... all of them are there
    but when i recive a call or text (sms) ... i see the number only.. like its not on my contact list.. but its there
    the only diference is that when i recive text or call it has +4 in front...
    my country code does not exist on regional settings
    all my contacts have the number (example) 0744333222 and if this person texts or call me i get (example)
    +0744333222 .. and it shows its not on my contact list

    You may have to add additional phone numbers to the contact record which match the number which is displayed with the SMS.

    In Regional Settings you should set "other" in "phone numbers".. that should do it
    Dell Axim X5 -> Palm Tungsten T -> Palm Tungsten T3 -> Palm Tungsten T -> Palm Treo Pro + MicroSD 4GB -> Palm Pre 2 (Lost it) -> Palm Pixi Plus -> Palm Pre 2 -> HP Veer -> Palm Pre 2 -> HP Pre 3

    I've got all my contacts in Google stored in the international format. Convert them gradually starting with the most popular/recent callers.

    I can't see that editing those regional files will help at all. Go to Gmail on a desktop computer and export you contacts to a csv file. Open that file with a text editor then search and replace 0<area code> with +xx<area code>.
