Cant find serial number on webos doctor list

I cant find my serial number on the webos doctor list, is there anywhere else I can get from?

You don't need a serial number there. Just find your phone type and download

Launcher > System .> Device Info > Serial Number

What are the first 5 characters there? That will tell which Doctor you need.
