My pre 3 won't boot past the HP logo?

I had prewar on my pre3 when I bought it, it worked fine. I factory reset it to give it to my little brother and now it doesn't boot past the HP logo ? Please help!!

Did you wait a while? It may take up to 20 minutes for the system to initialize for first use.

If after that time the system still does not respond, Doctor it. It's easier to nuke the system than to track down the problem if there's no data to save.

How exactly do I use the doctor? I'm quite a noob
