Is it gorilla glass or is it plastic like the pre plus?

Just curious because I really dont care for glass screens that break rather than scratch.

pre2. Pre3, veer all gorilla glass screens. A HUGE improvement over the crappy plastic screen on my pre+ IMHO.

To each their own I guess...

    It is glass.

And you can say you don't care for its shatter-proneness, but I offer two points:
    1) Don't drop it.
    2) The plastic screens of the Pre and Pre+ are just as prone to shattering, and a far more prone to heavy scratching.

    Gorilla Glass FTW.

Curiously enough, my Pre minus developed some weird round crack-like lines. Did anyone saw that behaviour? I haven't read something like that in these years

Just an issue with the surface of the plastic splitting. From what I observed, this was due to temperature changes on mine. They aren't cracks in the sense that they don't go all the way through.

Weird, my mom was using it at that time so I dont know exactly what happened. But it's a good thing to know it isn't that harmful.
