website requiring multiple logins

I'm having trouble with some websites, including my company's website. After logging in, each link I click on opens up a new card and I am forced to login again. Once I login again I'm taken to the link just fine. Subsequent links I click on will require logging in again.
I have popups enabled
cookies enabled
java enabled
flash enabled

I haven't read of this problem. Any suggestions?
