Hard case Pre 3

Do they make a hard case that just covers the back of the phone?
I want to be able to use the phone while this case is on.

Not one that I've seen. Since the Pre3 never actually made it to the official market, not sure anyone ever made one for it...

yup this is bang on. I have a pdair case, keyboard is still useable which is handy, they do a few cases tho, so find the right one, I'll link you the right one after work if you haven't found it before then.

yeah this was the one i aquired:

PDair HP Pre 3 Leather Case - Flip Top Type (Black)

slides up/down without restriction, tip upside down and it doesnt fall out, most importantly the rear part that grips the pre3 is plastic so feels pretty chunky but hopefully reliable, does add some hefty bulk to the device but to me that just means it "should" make it sturdier should it ever fall.

my best purchase for it to date, previously id tried various other cases/covers and even some padded sock type enclosures but this one to date is my clear favourite.

That's exactly the one I have. They also make hard-back cases as well. Only drawback (and this makes perfect sense...) is that the cases are not touchstone-compatible.

I'm a fan of skin protectors. I think it's a great way to protect without bulk. Those Skinomi ones look pretty nice.
