Make sure to send an email off to Petehelm....his email address is a few posts above....so that they are aware.

I regained access to the front page of the app store a day or so ago.

Maybe they're working from A-Z?
Still no access myself, it's really a drag... I didn't install anything for months, no homebrew whatssoever, so It's hard to figure out the source of all this.
I don't wan't to start a doctor right away, a lot of work re-installing apps and data and because it's uncertain if this would fix it anyway...

a few days ago my app catalog was working normal but it has stopped again.
what I have noticed is if it loads featured apps then all you get is the circle of death. When it was working I did not have any featured apps showing. Could be what's breaking the front page.
the search still works though.

I just see one app icon appear and the wheel keeps spinning forever..
Also, when I openened the Software Manager I was informed of a Quickoffice update... However this download keeps failing.. I tapped the info and it says Quickoffice Beta 1.0.585 and PALM INTERNAL USE only.
My Quickoffice app doesn't work anymore (yellow triangle with !)..
Hope my Pre3 doesn't need a Doctor... :-(
Anyone has an idea what's causing this?
Where is the solution?

Hi,
Iam using palm pre 2. My app catalog is not working, i cannot download any apps. It is showing some
error. What to do now? I took it to a mobile shop and he said that some root must be there to activate the app.

Help: App Catalog (UK) not accessible and not able to update apps

check this, and try sending him a pm plus an email to the address in that post.

In any case, don't go to a shop... it's not something that a shop would be able to fix (and I'm afraid they would simply do a mess).
If you read all this thread, I think someone used just type as a temporary workaround

Its been incredibly patchy for me (in the UK). most of the time I get "not available" error and have to wait a while to try again. Very annoying when you want to spend money and support developers :S
