Hi everyone. I have had a ATT Pre 3 for about 3 months. I have not bothered to activate it. I know that this phone will not work on a CDMA network, but now that Sprint has gone to LTE, is there a chance this phone can work on their network? I would definitely love to have it up and running on Sprint LTE if at all possible. Any input/feedback would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,

I'd like to say no cause like you said Sprint is CDMA & ATT is GSM. Even a Verizon phone won't work on Sprint and vice versa. Sprint & Verizon have to allow the phone to be on their network, unlike ATT or T-Mobile, where you just change out the SIM card.

^ Is that still the case though? If Sprint is going LTE doesn't that mean they'll be using SIM phones?

The HP Pre 3 does not support 4G LTE - only HSPA+ w/ enhanced backhaul.

I love physical keyboards... but there is two devices that would make me consider a slab, one is something running a full version of Open webOS. The other is an iPhone!!!! HA HA just kidding (about the iPhone that is)...
