Default Bluetooth Driver?

I attempted to connect my Pre 3 to my HP notebook running Win7. The HP appears to have recognized that it is a bluetooth device, but it doesn't appear to make a connection. It shows up as a "Bluetooth peripheral device" but the Device status window says:

The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)
There is no driver selected for the device information set or element.
To find a driver for this device, click Update Driver.

I clicked the Update Driver button, but that lets me know that Windows couldn't find a driver. Has anyone else run into this?

TIA
Dan

No, I gave up. WiFi File Sharing does a lot of what I need, though.
