AVRCP music control issue with Pre3 and S9-HD headset

The Play/Pause/Forward/Back controls on my Motorola S9-HD bluetooth headset don't work at all, i.e. no response when I press these, although music does play on the headset.

Has anyone experienced this issue with their Pre3 and bluetooth headset? I'm not sure if this is a known issue with any patches that could affect this, though let me know. I've included a list of the patches that I have installed below. Any help would be appreciated!

Interesting, I wonder if it's an issue with the S9-HD headset itself?

I have tried re-pairing the Pre 3 and the S9-HD without any luck. Thanks for the response.
