    When I activated my pre3, it took me through prompts to setup visual voicemail. I went through all of the steps and it told me that the setup was complete, but now, when I get a voicemail, it always tells me my voicemail list is empty. Anyone else having this problem on verizon? Has anyone found a solution?

    Mine has worked flawlessly. Did you go to Verizon to make sure that your order went through? Some times you may have to add it on the Verizon My Account review page.
