I copied an .MP4 video to DOWNLOADS. Video app doesn't find it.
But I can run it by finding it with Internalz.

I made a short video so my video library is no longer empty.
    There is video rolls.

Where do I move my .MP4s so the video app can find them and run them?

The video app on my Pre 3 can find all MP4's from
    • downloads
    • DCIM
    • Video (the folder I created myself)
    • Any subfolders of any of the above

Have you tried resetting the phone? Sometimes the file listing doesn't refresh until you do that.

Only some codecs are recognised. (.mp4 is just the container)

For example, I can't play variable bit codecs.

The .Mp4s were created using handbrake and play fine on both my Touchpad and Pre3. I can view the video using Internalz, highlighting the file and touching "open".

The video still doesn't appear when I start "videos".

Did a Luna restart from Luna Manager and restart from Device Info. Videos still can't find my .mp4s.
