    Hey all,

My AT&T Pre 3 kept crashing at the AT&T splash screen, so I decided to restore it using the AT&T 2.2.3 webOS doctor. Unfortunately the webOS Doctor won't proceed past 12%. I thought it may be an issue with the computer, so I tried it on my laptop and the same thing happens. Is there anything I can do? I'm in Australia so I don't want to send it to HP if I can help it.

Any suggestions or assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.

    Stu :-)

Thanks for that. I've tried it on two computers, which makes me think that it should have downloaded correctly on at least one of them. ??? Is there anything else you can suggest?

    Thanking you,
    Stu :-)

    Hi LurkerX,

Thanks very much for the link. I did try searching the forum, but couldn't seem to find anything relevant? I must have been using the wrong keywords.

    Thanks again.
    Stu :-)
