    Because I have the same issue.. Unless I misread.. Same pre 3 make.. Can't change frequency..

    The UberKernel in the stable feed has no overclocking. Of course you can't change the frequency on it.

    Choose palm default and it will automatically go to 1.4 max- that's what mine did anyways.
