    I ordered Monday 22nd 17:50 and they charged my card yesterday.

    I just arrived at home and my wife told me, that they called around 4 o'clock (CET). Unfortunatly she wasn't at home and they didn't leave a message. I will now send them an email, that I would like to cancel my order.

    They have updated the info on the site, but I don't understand it exactly. I didn't gave my phone number so they can't contact me by phone. Will it automatically be canceled now?

    Update Fri 26th 5pm :
    No new orders can be taken for this Product at this time. No change expected to that position before 31st August

    We have begun the process of contacting Customers who have an existing order with us. We have a limited stock of Pre3 which is being offered to those customers on the following basis
    - In strict rotation of date/time of order being received - the priority list
    - Only one Pre3 per customer
    - Standard Published Price ( No Price Reduction / Special Price was issued by HP )


    If you missed our call or we did not yet get to you in sequence you will NOT lose your place in the priority list - we will call you back over the next several days or failing that we will email you to obtain your decision.

    It is clear that many people are accepting their orders under these new conditions - which means we do not expect to be able to satisfy the full order backlog with our limited supply. When we have consumed all available inventory we will then notify the remaining customers of the fact that we have had to cancel their order.
    We hope and trust that this approach is seen to be fair and reasonable.

    Please can we ask you to be patient and await contact by us. Please do not ring or email us as this will only further delay the process. Timing of contact will not in any way affect the status of your order.

    We, at Palm Eurostore, are continuing to pursue all options to try to obtain Pre3 product. We do not, however, expect to have any further information in this respect before Wed 31st Aug. Any new information will appear here first.

    Customer Service staff will not have any further information - it will be communicated directly here on this page. Thank you for your continued patience.

    Did you give a fake number? I thought a number was required.

    Either way, new update says they will get to you via email if phoning doesn't work.
