i dread to think what hp's patch will do, probably self destruct or make it crumble to dust in sunlight.

Only difference I've seen so far seems to be a now working help function.

Not a kill switch actually. A genuine update.

Has HP released the Doctor for the Pre 3 yet?

PS: This update along with the expected Quick Office update this week, are good signs for HP continuing support for webOS. Should shut up atleast some naysayers.

I think these were updates that were imminent, I doubt anything after few more weeks would come out again

I think there may also have been an e-mail update?

Before today my two e-mail accounts showed their inboxes in favourites but if I pressed the arrow next to the accounts nothing happened.
Now the folders show up. Could be a coincidence though.

Delete e-mail confirmation bug still exists though. I don't get any confirmation with the setting on

I only found one obvious fix so far and that was a scrolling bug in the Appstore main screen.

It definitely allowed me to download facebook where I could not before. I'm sure it's just a ton of small fixes that were obvious problems coming out the gates.

Whether there are MORE updates definitely remains to be seen. But we can hope - definitely not holding my breath though.

No, Facebook allowed you to download Facebook where I could not before. Your timing of when you downloaded and when they updated is coincidence

Kind of weird - I'm not getting the update at all. Anything in particular you had to do to get it, other than the normal System Update check? (I'm on 3165.)

The webOS 'Facebook app' is written by HP and thus 'Facebook' has no control over whether you can or cannot download it.
