Accidentley deleted a contact

Help! Is there a way to restore a contact that was accidently deleted?

I was driving and talking on my speaker phone and apparently my fingers were touching the screen and I couldn't see it. All my wifes information got lost! Clothing measurements, wish lists, special info........ Is there a way to retrieve it from backup? I already checked Google contacts and it was already gone from there too!
